    2. Test different trading strategies and gauge your temperament.

How to know I am Trading the Legal Way?

Unfortunately, there are both legal / regulated, as well as illegal / un-regulated / off-shore platforms that offer trading across Pakistan.

Here are few key points that you must consider when investing:-

    • You must open a trading account with a PMEX registered broker.
    • Account must be opened with an active broker of PMEX.
    • Do not open a trading account in any other individual’s name.
    • Never transfer any amount / funds to the PMEX broker.
    • Always make all fund deposits directly to PMEX.
    • Never handover your investment to any entity that offers fixed returns.
    • Do not share your trading account’s ID / Password / Access with the Broker.

Trading with a broker that is not registered with PMEX is illegal, and your capital is at risk.

Transferring funds to such illegal brokers through your Debit / Credit Card / Bank Account is now an offense as per State Bank of Pakistan’s (SBP) rules.
